Chống Lừa Đảo (CLĐ) is a non-profit project from Vietnam, officially launched on December 27, 2020, aiming to help users verify the credibility of websites and prevent access to unsafe or malicious sites, thus protecting users in the online environment.
Mission and Activities
The project provides security tools and solutions, including browser extensions and mobile applications, to help users detect and avoid phishing or malicious websites across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others. CLĐ leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, combined with community participation, to build a safer cyberspace.
Achievements and Partnerships
Throughout its operation, CLĐ has partnered with many prominent organizations and tech companies, including the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG), Kaspersky, Cisco, Viettel Cyber Security, CyRadar, among others. To date, the project has reported and handled over 15,000 malicious URLs, supporting more than 11,000 victims of online scams.

CLĐ has received numerous awards and recognitions, including:
Top 10 Outstanding Digital Products for Society at Make in Vietnam 2022.
Vietnamese Talent Award 2023 in the category of Social Contribution.
Recognized as a Cybersecurity Awareness Month Champion for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023) by the National Cybersecurity Alliance.
