This policy aims to guide the community on reporting websites or content suspected of phishing, fraud, or malicious activities, thereby effectively and promptly protecting internet users.
- Reporting Methods
You can report scams, fraudulent activities, or malicious content through the following methods:
Using the "Report" button directly within the CLD browser extension.
Reporting via the official website: chongluadao.vn, in the "Scam Reporting" section.
Sending reports via email: info@chongluadao.vn.
Through CLD’s official community channels (Facebook Group, Telegram Group).
- Information Required for Reporting
When submitting a report, please provide as much detail as possible, including:
URL (link) of the suspicious website or content.
Brief description of the suspicious behavior or signs.
Screenshots or any relevant evidence (if available).
- Processing Reports
All reports will be promptly reviewed and processed by CLD’s expert team. The processing procedure includes the following steps:
Verification and validation of the authenticity of the reported content.
Assessment of the threat level and, if confirmed, updating the data into the warning database.
Activation of warnings through the browser extension and sharing threat data with domestic and international partners.
Severe cases may be escalated to relevant authorities for further action.
- Responsibility of the Reporter
Reporters must ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided. False reporting, intentionally misleading information, or misuse of the reporting process to harm third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Benefits for Reporters
Active and accurate reporters will be recognized and honored within the CLD community and may receive awards or encouraging badges from the project.
